Antis-USA will operate as a subsidiary company to Antis Outdoor Consultants. Its goal and mission will be to become a local national US source to administer the existing international programs offered in Argentina. The business is to be registered with the State of Illinois as a General Partnership providing professional Tour Meeting Planning assistance and services for operation with two managers serving as its co-presidents. Antis-US will function as a parent organization that will provide additional participants and resources to fund the existing programs currently with the Antis Outdoor Consultants program.
